Meredith helps those who are ready to take steps towards living their most aligned lives and invest in their recovery. Whether you recently completed an inpatient rehab program, or you are just starting to question your relationship with substances, Meredith can guide you towards living a life of freedom. With over 7 years in recovery from alcoholism and addiction, plus 5 years working in community mental health and addiction agencies, Meredith draws on her personal and professional experience to customize a coaching experience that is tailored to you and your specific needs.

Incorporating mindfulness techniques, yoga and CBT counselling skills, she can help you get clear on addictive patterns, while creating healthy routines to move forward and sustain long-lasting change.

Recovery is not a one-size-fits all approach.
